Shipping & Delivery

Dawn to Dusk Flowers strive to make the delivery process as seamless and convenient as possible. Fresh flower deliveries take place on Thursdays within a 13 mile radius of the Flower Farm  and between the hours of 11am-5pm, (these times may vary during peak periods, but you will always be made aware). I am unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. I will always ask for a safe place to leave your flowers if you are not home, this space should preferably be covered and I will leave a card with the location of your delivery.  Flowers MUST be delivered as they are perishable.


Depending on your distance from the farm, set delivery fees will be shown at checkout.  I also offer the option to collect your flowers directly from the farm.  Collection is on a Thursday between 9am - 11am.  I will always try to be there, but if unable to the flowers can be collected from the Flower Shed in the farm yard.


No matter which delivery option you choose, your flowers will be fresh, beautiful, and sure to brighten up any space.  The flowers are cut fresh for all orders and require time to be conditioned, orders for delivery on a Thursday must be received by mid-day Tuesday.


Orders must be received by mid-day the Tuesday prior for delivery on the Thursday. Errors in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details, including an accurate post code for the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. If you expect the recipient to be out and there is a suitable place for flowers or other products to be left (e.g., garage, porch) please indicate this in the Message section.

Flower Care

Re-cut the stems of the flowers every few days to remove blocked and sealed stem ends. Give the flowers fresh cool water and replace every few days. Keeping the flowers in a cool place will help them last longer.

Bouquet Composition

We reserve the right to choose the best flowers in the field each week and so bouquets will be different from those shown. In the event that we are unable to supply your bouquet, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
